• To run, secure and support the service.
• To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (such as hosting and email infrastructure), and where the law requires.

Declined applications are deleted after 12 months. Mailbox data is kept while your account is active and removed within 30 days of closure, unless the law requires otherwise.
